Excellent location and good facilities. Ideal for us and we shall definitely be returning.
Room was quiet and stylish.
Great to be able to store luggage but not so great to be told there were no toilets for use before heading off to Gare du Nord.
The hotel was beautifully decorated, and updated. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great area of the 6th- very close to lots of metro, and the gardens. Only a short walk to anything you would need. There is an amazing Sandwicherie that we went to every day for baked goods just across the street!
Stuff was extremly nice and friendly! Location is excellent.
Location, location, location; a nice, very clean, and a well sized room with a desk and an armchair; a well-sized bathroom and a separate toilet. Quiet sleep! Great staff!
Obsolete hairdryer; not enough space in the wardrobe, lumpy cheap pillows, lack of toiletries, plastic glasses, and overall a sense of paying through my nose for cheap accommodations in an otherwise lovely hotel.
All hotel employees we met were great, especially Stephanie. She recommended us good restaurant and cafe to go to and gave us detailed instructions to go to wherever we were going. Beautiful boutique hotel although it's only a 3 star hotel. Location is great (near to everywhere we were going to) and I will consider staying there again if we do not find a satisfactory hotel in nearby 5th Ave next time which we consider to be an even better location. Hotel is in a quiet location but interior sound proof is not great if neighboring guests are loud (we could hear some talkings for short time). Generally there's no rowdy guests staying there when we were there.
Size of the room is so small that we have to be careful to move in the room and toilet. Price is a big high. Will be great if it can be cheaper but this is in Paris and I changed to/booked this hotel just around 1 week before going there.
Rooms a little small
The comfort of knowing that everything you needed was readily at hand--whether it be language interpretation, restaurant recommendations, or creature comforts.
Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms were small but the bathrooms were huge. The receptionists on duty were always so friendly and helpful and had lots of great advice for us. The location of the hotel was great too - really close to Luxemborg Gardens, and also close to a Metro stop so you could easily get to everything in Paris.
The location is great - a short walk away from the Luxembourg gardens, which are gorgeous, as well as many fantastic restaurants and cafes. Also there is a metro stop less than a minute away.
I wish it had been clearer that breakfast is not included in your booking - it's €14 extra per person if you choose to partake.
Rude and unhelpful staff, walls are paper thin and bathrooms are treacherous.
Close of everything
Breakfast not good and expensive
Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only thing that wasn't ideal, was the fact that you couldn't use the iron during breakfast hours. I was told to wait until after 10:30 which meant I'd have to wait for 2 hours. I had to iron my clothes late at night at I was out all day.
Friendly staff who are very happy to help with queries.
Small bathroom, found the bath very slippery so had to put towell down.
